Counties Manukau DHB has employed Health Services Consumer Research Ltd to carry out its regular DHB patient surveys since 1997.

HSCR provides monthly reports on verbatim comments made by our patients and very detailed organisation-wide and Service-specific reports on a quarterly basis which the organisation then utilises to improve the quality of care provided.

HSCR also monitors the despatch process of patient questionnaires and reports survey results to the DHB Funding and Performance Directorate.

The reports produced by HSCR have helped us to further improve the quality of care we provide to our patients by highlighting areas of strength and areas where improvements need to be made. We thoroughly commend HSCR for its high quality service.
